La Villa Restaurant exclusively uses first quality products, mostly imported from Italy, in order to preserve the real taste of the traditional Italian food.
The menu offers a rich selection of regional specialties prepared with care according to the tradition of "Emilian" and Italian Cuisine, and then Marco daily prepares several different kind of fresh pastas such as "Lasagna", "Tortellini", "Tagliatelle", "Ravioli" and many others.
Starters or Antipasti include the traditional beef Carpaccio with Rucola salad, Seafood salad with Italian dressing, Shrimps cocktail, spiny small Lobsters flavored with parsley, Mussels and Clam in marinade sauce.
For the Italian pasta lovers, we suggest Rigatoni - short, ridged pasta shapes - in Crab meat sauce, home-made Tagliatelle with Truffle, Fettuccine with cuttlefish ink topped with Shrimps and Broccoli, Ravioli in walnuts sauce or Spaghetti with Clams.
As main courses are concerned we can choose excellent meat specialties such as beef Tagliata - finely cut beef fillet - with Rosemary or the light Involtini dello Chef, a small rolls of sliced beef filled with Italian herbs. For who prefers fish main courses we suggest the King Prawns Livornese style or an excellent variety of fried fish Mediterranean flavor.
And then to finish like "mamma" said, homemade cakes, desserts and ice creams made in his own shop called Il Gelato Italiano, located a few steps from La Villa Restaurant.
Naturally all these excellent traditional Italian specialties can be served with selected red and white wines, and liqueurs and a "robusto" espresso are recommended to end your fabulous meal!
